1. 服务说明

抹茶是面向大学生的校园生活平台，核心功能包括：每周一轮、周五 17:00 统一公布的匹配（恋人与朋友双模式），以及以本校为中心的校园墙社区。功能可能随版本迭代调整，重大变更会提前通知。

2. 使用资格

你必须年满 18 周岁，且为在校大学生；
注册需使用有效的校园邮箱（.edu 或同等学校邮箱），并通过应用内真实性校验；
一人一号，不得转让、出借或买卖账号。

3. 行为规范

以下行为在抹茶被明确禁止，违反将导致内容下架、功能限制直至永久封禁：

骚扰、威胁、人身攻击或歧视性言论；
冒充他人、泄露他人隐私（包括将匿名内容与真实身份关联的行为）；
色情、暴力、违法内容；广告、刷屏与批量注册；
虚假信息与任何形式的诈骗；
利用技术手段干扰匹配算法或服务正常运行。

匿名功能受化名机制保护，但匿名不豁免规则——匿名内容同样接受审核与处置。

4. 内容与授权

你在抹茶发布的内容（帖子、评论、资料等）著作权归你所有；
为运行服务，你授予我们在平台内展示、缓存与合理传播该内容的非独占许可；
你可以随时删除自己发布的内容；删除后我们停止展示（备份与法律要求的留存除外）。

5. 能量与付费

「能量」是应用内虚拟资源，用于开启增强匹配等能力，不是货币、不可提现、不可转让；
增强匹配按轮次生效：恋人模式固定消耗 3 格，朋友模式按所选格数（1–5）；
本轮未匹配成功或候选过期未确认时，预扣能量按规则自动退还；
充值即完成消费的虚拟商品交付，除法律要求外不支持退款。

6. 免责声明

匹配结果由算法基于你提供的信息计算，我们不保证每轮都有匹配结果，也不保证任何关系的走向；
用户内容由发布者自行负责；我们进行审核与处置，但不为用户言行背书；
线下见面请注意人身安全——选择公共场所、告知朋友行程。

7. 账号处置与注销

违反本协议的账号，我们可视情节采取警告、限制功能、暂停或永久封禁；
你可随时在应用内申请注销，个人信息按《隐私协议》第 5 条删除。

8. 协议变更与法律适用

协议如有重大变更，我们会在应用内与官网显著位置提前通知，继续使用即视为接受。本协议的订立与解释适用平台运营方所在地法律。

Welcome to Unimatcha ("we", "us"). By registering or using Unimatcha you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Unimatcha is a campus-life platform for university students: weekly matching (romantic and friend modes) revealed every Friday at 17:00, and a campus wall centred on your own school. Features may evolve; material changes will be announced in advance.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a current university student;
Registration requires a valid university email (.edu or equivalent) and in-app verification;
One person, one account — no transfer, lending or sale of accounts.

3. Rules of conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and lead to removal, restrictions, or permanent bans:

Harassment, threats, personal attacks or discriminatory speech;
Impersonation or doxxing (including attempts to link anonymous content to real identities);
Sexual, violent or illegal content; spam, flooding and bulk registration;
Misinformation and scams of any kind;
Technical interference with the matching algorithm or the service.

Anonymity is protected by pseudonyms, but anonymity does not exempt you from the rules — anonymous content is moderated all the same.

4. Content & licence

You own the content you post (posts, comments, profile);
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, cache and reasonably distribute it within the platform to run the service;
You may delete your content at any time; we stop displaying it (backups and legally required retention aside).

5. Energy & payments

"Energy" is an in-app virtual resource for features like enhanced matching — not currency, not withdrawable, not transferable;
Enhanced matching applies per round: 3 cells in romantic mode, 1–5 chosen cells in friend mode;
Reserved energy is automatically refunded per the rules when no match is made or candidates expire;
Top-ups are delivered virtual goods; refunds only where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

Matches are computed from the information you provide; we don't guarantee a match every round, nor the outcome of any relationship;
User content is the poster's responsibility; we moderate but do not endorse it;
Stay safe offline — meet in public places and tell a friend your plans.

7. Enforcement & deletion

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent bans depending on severity;
You may delete your account in-app at any time; personal data is erased per section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

Material changes are announced in the app and on this website in advance; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction.
